Driving
Checking your phone while driving, hoping a trip dropped.
Wake-N-Go monitors your schedule and triggers an alarm when you get awarded a trip — widen that pick-up criteria and stop babysitting your phone.
Built for pilots who want more sleep, less stress, and fewer missed opportunities.

Pilots shouldn’t have to do this
Wake-N-Go exists because constantly refreshing your schedule is exhausting. These moments should not be part of your routine.

Checking your phone while driving, hoping a trip dropped.

Refreshing the schedule every few minutes, even in the bathroom.

Interrupting dinner just to see if a better trip appeared.

Quick answers to common questions about our products and services.
Yes — with a quick setup. We use iOS-friendly notification settings (including a longer alert tone) and a fallback call if you don’t acknowledge the alert. Due to iOS restrictions, we can’t trigger the native Alarm app, but we can still reliably get your attention when it matters.
Shortcuts are helpful, but they’re manual and easy to misconfigure. Wake-n-Go automatically computes the right wake-up time based on your rules (quiet hours, buffer before showtime, etc.) and reacts in real time when an award hits — even in the middle of the night.
No. Wake-n-Go does not require company SSO or your airline login. Setup is handled through the steps in our guide, and your credentials stay with you.
It’s designed to wake you up for time-sensitive awards while protecting your sleep the rest of the night. In beta testing, pilots have successfully caught premium pickups with early showtimes that they would have otherwise slept through.
Quiet-hours protection that actually works
United pilot • Reserve
I used to sleep with one eye open on reserve. Now I set my quiet hours, and Wake-n-Go handles the rest — I get woken up only when it matters.
No more missed calls / missed money
Lineholder • Commuter
I missed a premium trip once because the notification didn’t cut through. This is the first setup that reliably wakes me up without blasting me all night.
Setup took minutes, not an afternoon
First Officer
The rules are straightforward. Pick a hub, set your window, and it’s done. I didn’t need a manual or a bunch of toggles to get it right.
Way less “notification fatigue”
Captain
I’m not drowning in random pings anymore. The app filters the noise and only escalates what I actually care about during the night.
Built for how pilots really live
West Coast base
The timing logic feels pilot-native: showtime offsets, commute reality, and the weird hours we keep. It’s not a generic alarm app.
Peace of mind on reserve nights
Reserve • Satellite airport
When I’m on reserve, I just want to sleep and know I won’t miss something important. This gave me that confidence.
